SEO Content Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities :
Optimize content strategies and templates based on ongoing testing and keeping on top of industry content research.Conduct keyword research to find optimal keywords to list in web content.
Write content for storage facility, city, and state website pages using content guidelines and best practices.Review draft writing submitted from contract writers to ensure it meets quality standards.
Will collaborate with Paid Marketing team to identify opportunities to build and optimize content to improve ad performance.
This includes but is not limited to; ad copy, ad extensions and landing pages.Help identify and report on KPIs for content optimization efforts as it relates to SEO and Paid Marketing performance.
Monitor Search Results position rankings in our various platforms to report on impact of content changes made, while also identifying latest opportunities to continue to optimize and drive performance.
Complete monthly reporting on results of content and other SEO initiatives.Assists with other digital marketing tasks for various marketing functions as needed.
Stays on top of content marketing trends and best practices.Desired Qualifications :
0 -2 years experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.Great copywriting / editing skills with excellent attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities at once.
Past experience installing content through a CMS / Blogs a plus.Pay Range :
$55,000

Works in an indoor office.Use of office equipment & computers.Occasional lifting of supplies & materials from time to time.
