Technical Systems Analyst
Location Hybrid in Greenwood Village, CO
Pay Rate: $40-$50/hour DOE
Contract Details: W-2 Contract through September with high likelihood for extension
(Furloughs July 1-July 5, Nov 25-29 and Dec 23-31)
Overview: The Cloud and Development Enablement team apart of our Fortune 500 client is looking to bring on a Technical Systems Analyst to act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to support a new customer verification platform.
Top skills:
- 5 years of Systems Analyst or Project Management experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally across engineering and business teams
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements and identify gaps in the roadmap
- Past experience working in a fast paced, large environment and being able to build strong relationships across the organization
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and present business cases and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Create detailed business process models and workflows.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Team overview: Will be a part of the Product team and work cross functionally across the organization.
Interview Process: One 45-minute interview and one panel interview.
