Program/Feature ManagerIntePros is seeking a qualified candidate to fulfill the role of Program Manager for one of our esteemed clients in the telecommunications space. This role entails providing strategic direction and oversight for multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage program resources, including staffing, and timelines, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and partners, to drive program success.
  • Ensure firmware release delivery aligns with program objectives and timelines.
  • Oversee day-to-day tasks of firmware development activities, including feature development, platform integration development (managing dependencies), new router development, and development testing.
What are the top MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) that are required?
  • Firmware Development Expertise: Proficiency in firmware development processes, including feature development, platform integration, and testing.
  • Version Control Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN for managing firmware codebase changes.
  • Experience with Firmware Testing Frameworks: Knowledge of firmware testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of firmware releases.
What are top three PREFERRED skill sets (technical)?
  • Embedded Systems Knowledge: Understanding of embedded systems concepts and technologies, including microcontrollers, firmware architecture, and hardware-software interactions.
  • Familiarity with Firmware Debugging Tools: Experience with firmware debugging tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Scripting Languages: Ability to write scripts in languages such as Python or Bash to automate firmware testing and deployment tasks, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
