Job Description and Location:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on clinic manager to join our growing team. Our clinic/boutique is centrally located near the Greenwich train station within close proximity to the bustling and prestigious Greenwich Avenue. We strive to provide a five-star customer experience to our discerning clientele and seek like-minded individuals to advance our mission. In this role you will be a visible presence in all aspects of operations to maximize the client’s experience at La Suite Skincare. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day business operations including but not limited to: sales, services, client booking, client relationships and human resources, employee scheduling
  • Maximize sales revenue of treatments, products and on going personalized client care with a thorough knowledge and understanding of services and products to support aesthetician’s recommendations and provide support for benefits and results
  • Own the Client Experience Platform, leading scheduling optimization efforts and organization plus internal note taking toward a seamless and upleveled client trajectory
  • Supervise and guide clinic staff including aestheticians and front desk coordinators, on board new hires accordingly, assigning responsibility
  • Carry out La Suite’s philosophy; adopting its selling language and key phrases; provide information about the environment, relay brand story-telling
  • Work closely with Founder, aesthetics team, marketing, buying and e-commerce departments collaboratively and proactively to ensure best outcomes for the business
  • Uphold the standards of La Suite Skincare, executing exemplary service and the most optimal guest experience through care, authenticity, discretion, preference, specificity and attention to detail, taking note of the customer experience at all times
  • Track business outcomes, magnify opportunity, identify needs, develop solutions and prevent shortfalls; manage and utilize updates to guest history accordingly
  • Monitor and maintain the proper steps of reception, service and tone at each and every touchpoint
  • Motivate team and make a positive personal contribution to the sales targets of the store and promote and support all selling activities, acting as community liaison on behalf of La Suite
  • Welcome, educate and inform walk-in customers about services/products with a strong understanding of offerings and product knowledge
  • Track and supply general clinic supplies and operational resources
  • Be thoroughly knowledgeable in CT Dept. of Health Guidelines, conduct internal audits and inspections, create checklists and protocols, be proactive and unite every team member to same page
  • Maintain health and safety standards for both the team and clients complete with emergency preparedness including: medical emergency protocol, fire prevention and severe weather considerations/outages
  • Reinforce general safe practices and hygiene within the location
  • Monitor location (treatment rooms, equipment, plumbing, operating systems, storage areas, walking surfaces, entry and exterior)
  • Supervise open/close operations and work closely with housekeeping and staff to ensure standards are met with planning, schedules, coverage and efficiency

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Knowledge of skincare preferred, prior luxury retail experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills with previous experience serving high profile clientele
  • Proficiency with Apple products and Google Workspace in tandem booking/CRM software
  • Multi-tasker with ability to balance priorities
  • Attention to detail and outstanding phone skills
  • Strong people management and listening skills
  • Leader by example to inspire and motivate team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
