Role Description
The Wealth Training Academy is looking to hire a full-time on-site Client Service Assistant at its location in Greenville, SC. The role involves multitasking, answering multi-line phones, greeting clients and visitors, managing incoming mail, scheduling and preparing for meetings, assisting with events and seminars, becoming proficient in the Client Relationship Management System, communicating with the Home Office, assisting team members, preparing paperwork, and ensuring the office is client-ready.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, professional appearance, strong organizational and computer skills, attention to detail, clear and professional communication skills, efficient time management, dedication to customer satisfaction, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative assistance.
Additional beneficial qualifications
Knowledge of financial planning and wealth management, as well as insurance and/or security licensing.
