Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities.

Duties:

- Perform industrial and commercial cleaning tasks
- Conduct custodial duties to ensure a clean and orderly environment
- Utilize floor care techniques including buffing and waxing
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies

Skills:

- Experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in a variety of settings
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning practices
- Capacity to work independently and efficiently

Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
