Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Community Manager (Spanish Speaking) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive resident relations, managing property maintenance, and ensuring the community's overall success.

Duties:
- Manage resident relations and address any concerns or conflicts that may arise
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Conduct property tours for potential residents and assist with leasing activities
- Implement strategies to enhance community engagement and resident retention
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or amenities
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with rental policies
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and lease agreements

Skills:
- Conflict management skills to handle disputes effectively
- Customer relationship management to foster positive interactions with residents
- Upselling abilities to promote additional services or amenities
- Strong negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts
- Exceptional customer service orientation to provide a high level of satisfaction
- Proficient phone etiquette for clear and professional communication
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Understanding of property management principles and practices
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing regulations and requirements

Pay: $46,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
