Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic person who is eager to learn and grow within our industry. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working alone and within a team setting and are committed to providing excellent customer service. We are looking for an individual who takes great pride in their work. This position will be for those who can sell, service and install water related equipment.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water well and water treatment systems.

- Operate forklifts, skid steers, and excavators.

- Work both indoors (customer homes) and outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Learn to troubleshoot and resolve issues with water systems.

- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.

- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Requirements

- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.

- Basic mechanical & electrical aptitude; interest in working with tools and machinery.

- Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces (like crawlspaces).

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - ability to take and pass a Drug Screening and DOT Physical.

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience operating forklifts, skid steers, or excavators is a plus but not required.

- Previous experience in plumbing, electrical or mechanical fields is advantageous.

- Sales experience welcome
