Operator Associate - Greenville, OH

As an Operator Associate for our Coatings Division, you will be responsible for loading and running reactors, material fill-offs, performing testing samples and troubleshooting in our department. You will work and be a part of a continuously developing team -oriented atmosphere. Operator Associate will start at Level I and be expected to continually advance their skill sets and participate in the team rotation.

You Create Chemistry By...

• Loading and processing reactors and perform in-process quality testing. 
• Performing in-process testing procedures, as directed.
• Reading and understanding MPI’s and associated documentation and DCS operation.
• Driving tow motors/fork trucks.
• Maintaining assigned inspections and housekeeping duties.
• Participating in safe work practices and use the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) database.

If you have...

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of manufacturing/production experience required.
