Stintino Management is a fast-growing multifamily owner/operator with a long-term plan to invest in the area and many other states. We are looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant to undertake the leasing activities of a multifamily asset.

We expect that the candidate is eager to respond to every lead in a timely manner, properly showcase the available apartments, and occasionally assist current residents with requests. While this position requires flexibility as it includes two sites, the two properties are very close.

Below is a list of some of the recurrent responsibilities:

• Present apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
• Assist the property manager in discovering suitable tenants
• Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
• Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations
• Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
• Validate application information and references
• Complete pre-filled lease agreements
• Keep abreast of the property market status
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect units periodically

Basic requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

A high school diploma or equivalent with an associate's degree or comparable experience is preferred.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check, if allowed by law.

A minimum of 3 years of previous customer service experience and 1 year of leasing/property management experience is preferred.

Verifiable employment references.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
