Tenneco is Hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Intern Near Greenville, MI
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support safety, quality, and 5S initiatives
- Convert packaging system from mainframe to MS Word
- Assist with plant layout changes
- Labeling
- Data collection
- Pull daily tooling orders
- Delete obsolete part numbers/prints
- Participate in floor technician work
- Troubleshooting
- Work in a project team environment to implement manufacturing improvement projects
- Performs other duties as required.
Currently in college studying mechanical, industrial or manufacturing engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
EXPERIENCE:
No specific experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong computer skills
- Communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills
- AutoCAD Experience Preferred
- Good Understanding of Dimensions
- Proactive Work Ethic
