Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Hospice
Advantage Home Health and Hospice is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our ever-expanding Hospice team in the McKeesport, PA and surrounding areas. you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, end-of-life care to patients and their families in the comfort of their own home.

What You'll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or a facility.
- Assess and monitor patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families about hospice care and provide emotional support.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Ensure the comfort and dignity of patients during their end-of-life journey.
About You
- An active LPN license in the state in which practicing.
- Previous experience in hospice care is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion and empathy for patients and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
