Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and managing a team of dedicated employees.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and meet revenue goals
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment
- Train and develop employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for the team
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Schedule and manage employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
