POSITION SUMMARY:

Effective Immediately, looking for an experienced part time sales associate, 12-24 hours per week, year round in a high end men's and women's clothing store in Greenport, NY.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensuring exceptional client experience through well-merchandised, visually engaging, brand appropriate store environment

- Acknowledges, interacts and builds relationships with clients, creates client loyalty and has the ability to multi-task while servicing clients

- Addresses client questions related to clothing and trends

- Portrays a gracious, friendly, energetic and engaging manner and is at all times respectful and professional

- Completes opening/closing tasks (e.g. replenishing merchandise; recovering the store and fitting rooms; steaming product when necessary; cleaning including but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, and removing trash

REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous retail experience required with knowledge of POS systems

- Strong sense of style, fashionable is a plus

- Must be reliable and on time to open and close store

- Ability to work alone in a fast paced environment

- Strong communication skills

- High energy level and positive approach to responsibilities

- Weekend shifts required

- Excellent selling and merchandising skills that can support and drive consistency within a high volume store

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
