MassHire Franklin Hampshire Career Center is hiring a Business Services Representative to join our team and offer superior services to our business customers to help them meet their workforce needs.
Services include providing labor market information, needs assessment, job posting and job matching, job fairs and recruitment events.
Experience in workforce development, economic or business development, marketing or customer service.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
Bilingual capacity a plus.

One full-time position (37.5 hours/week) available. Starting salary is $47,307/yr., after 90-day training period with annual step increases. Excellent benefits and work environment.
