Technical Support SpecialistResponsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming customer support phone calls, email, and support tickets.
- Provides system support for end user including troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting.
- Maintains and updates ticket status in CRM by logging all information clearly, and entirely.
- Provides timely resolution of support tickets and escalates on behalf of end users to appropriate next level in accordance to established service level guidelines.
- Provides testing, troubleshooting, and evaluating incoming devices for connectivity issues.
- Maintain organized support tasks to follow-up with all support tickets ensuring completion and satisfaction.
- Updating company support website with tech tips and support documents.
- Assist with additional duties as directed.
- 1 years of technical support experience.
- Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in a SaaS or software company preferred.
- Experience working within Hubspot CRM or similar preferred.
- College degree preferred in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related work experience. High school diploma required.
- Knowledge of Cloud based technology preferred.
- Knowledge of LWAN, Wifi, Cellular, 900Mhz, topologies preferred.
