Requirements
• Experience with large corp fixed assets.
• This includes exp in CIP, building assests, experience with acquisitions, transfers, dispositions.
• Experience in project costs, with tracking and compiling reports.
• Exp with compiling cost of project before assets.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required
• HM stated if candidates have an MBA, CPA, or CPT that is a nice to have
