Job Summary:

Brigantino Irrigation is currently hiring a Crew Foreman for our Greenfield, CA location. The Crew Forman coodinates the daily activites at a job site to ensure that operations adhere to dealienes, budgets, and quality standards. This position will include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

Duties:

-Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans; making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, deliver and personnel.

- Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors.

- Training, managing, and mentoring employees and contractors.

- Emphasize the safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear and procedures.

- Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.

-Regularly reporting project status

Requirements:

- Abilty to operate an excavator and/or a backhoe at a highly skilled level.

-A Valid Driver's License

-Bilingual (English/Spanish)

-Able to start each day at the Greenfield Yard location to meet crew and pick up service truck.

-Available to work Monday-Saturday 7am-5pm and be flexible with overtime as needed.

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage on-site teams effectively

- Knowledge of job site operations and safety protocols

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience in a Supervisor or supervisory role in the agricultural industry

- Familiarity with various methods, materials, and tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
