Position Summary :

This is a second shift position that supervises, plans, and schedules multiple shifts of Maintenance hourly associates in the activities required to assure maximum machine output with required product quality and with minimum downtime for all production equipment.

Responsibilities include knowledge of Material Flow (Industrial), Mechanical and Electrical systems.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Role model behaviors in all aspects of integrity, trust, respect, safety, teamwork, positive attitude, information sharing, sense of urgency and work ethic.
• Proven understanding of general building interior and exterior construction and maintenance.
• Analyze, organize, plan and schedule all preventative and breakdown repair activities. Capability to serve as maintenance planning system administer, effectively building and organizing equipment hierarchy linked to store room stock inventory parts.
• Assess and track trade team competency and job performance. Develop and implement ongoing training programs to improve performance of assigned resources.
• Define requirements and assist in procurement of parts, materials and tools required by the Maintenance Department to perform job changes, machine repairs, machine inspections and maintenance efforts.
