Job Description:
Radiant Health Services is seeking an organized and experienced Home Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Greenbelt, MD. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring quality home care services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in home care.
Schedule:
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday or
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate staff schedules and appointments
- Handle client inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Handle client inquiries and concerns
- Oversee billing and payroll processes
- Be available for on-call duties and occasional overtime as needed to ensure proper staffing
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care
- Active Maryland CNA, CMT, GNA Certification (Required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass a background check
