Amundsen Davis LLC is Hiring a Litigation Associate Near Green, WI

Amundsen Davis seeks a Litigation Associate attorney to join the Firm's Green Bay office. Successful candidates will be licensed in Wisconsin and have 1 or more years of civil litigation experience. Prior background with financial services, creditors' rights, or bankruptcy law is a plus. Solid skills in legal research and brief writing are a must. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team are also required. Candidates should have litigation experience in conducting discovery, and presenting oral arguments. Some trial and appellate experience is preferred.
