The Bay Family of Companies is Hiring a Customer Support Supervisor Near Green, WI

The Customer Support Supervisor position will be responsible for customer service, office administration and sales support. Job duties include ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This is a supervisory role that will oversee the daily work activities of the office including, providing customer service via answering phone calls and customer inquiries to provide timely and accurate updates on orders and quotes.
Responsibilities
  • All general office administrative functions including answering phones and routing to the appropriate person, filing, and general office organization.
  • Overseeing and assessing daily customer support staff activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
  • Builds and improves processes and procedures.
  • Enter data and import quotes into the computer system.
  • Generate BOLs using Redwood and contacts carriers to schedule pick-ups.
  • Confirm order status, shipments, and delivery dates and times to customers and sales.
  • Assist with the coordination and tracking of customer orders and making sure orders are scheduled to ship on time.
  • Support sales team with quotes and basic customer inquiries.
  • Training staff in customer service and company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels of components against open orders to help insure fulfillment of orders.
  • Maintains customer adjustments through RFA process.
  • Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
  • Performing additional duties where needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • One year of office experience, preferred.
  • Exceptional communication/organizational skills.
  • Experience working Microsoft Office Products, preferred.
