Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing care and support to individuals dealing with mental health challenges.

Duties:
- Provide direct care and supervision to individuals receiving mental health services
- Assist in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of mental health professionals
- Monitor and document patient behaviors and progress
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure the well-being of patients
- Participate in therapeutic activities and group sessions

Skills:
- Experience in case management
- Knowledge of special education principles
- Familiarity with gender issues counseling
- Ability to work with people on the autism spectrum
- Understanding of ICD-9 coding
- Proficiency in child and family counseling
- Knowledge of geriatric mental health issues
- Experience in group therapy techniques
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy approaches
