Green Brook Family Dentalcare is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Green, NJ

(MUST HAVE 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE )

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the dental office's phone system
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing
- Collect and process patient payments for services rendered
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and scheduling software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The dental receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and providing exceptional service to patients.
