Assist the Financial Aid Office with file management. Duties include:

- Scanning and linking paper files into document imaging system

- Checking scanned documents for accuracy

- Creating file folders

- Filing hard copies of documents

- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualification(s)

- Must be a CLC student enrolled in a minimum of 3 credit hours for summer or 6 credit hours for Fall

- Attach an availability schedule with application

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to work quickly but accurately
