Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments.
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, reporting any changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Support and educate residents and their families about health-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CA
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
