Oishii Sushi & Pan Asian is looking for Servers

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist them with their beverage and food choices. Run food and beverages while also ensuring an enjoyable and smooth experience.
• Walk guests through the customizable menu options.
• Assist with daily specials and special requests.
• Work as a team with other servers, kitchen staff, server assistant staff.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment while delivering a high level of service to our guests.
• Perform opening and closing server duties including cleaning server stations, stocking drinks and glassware, rolling napkins, and taking inventory.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, reach, push, pull and carry up to 35 pounds throughout the shift.

We are looking for a competent Restaurant Server to provide a full dining experience for our customers. You will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, taking and running food and beverage orders, bussing and cleaning tables throughout the dining experience, and ensuring the customers have a memorable meal. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically)and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Help customers select food and beverages
• Take and serve orders
• Answer questions and make recommendations
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen staff, and housekeeping staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $2.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 36 per week
