Identity & Access Management Administrator at AllCare Health with the IT department
PLEASE NOTE: this is a telecommute/remote position - however, due to our pay practices, qualified candidates MUST reside within the state of Oregon. While candidates need to live or relocate to the aforementioned state, working remotely will require reliable broadband internet and personal cell phone service.

Summary
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a program of professional, timely, and accurate User Identity and Access Management control. Daily user management activities of the IAM Admin will play a crucial role in the effectiveness of AllCare Health’s Cyber Security program by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties
Acts as day-to-day IAM user administrator in all systems across the AllCare Health enterprises for provisioning, deprovisioning, transferring, onboarding, and offboarding AllCare Health employees, contractors, and vendors.
Performs integration, implementation, administration, and support of critical identity services such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), OAuth 2.0, and Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS).
Develops and implements a user access audit program in compliance with AllCare Health’s access granting and revoking process.
Designs, implements, maintains, and enforces Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for account provisioning.
Supports external AllCare Health Provider Portal users over the telephone for account creation, deletion, modification, and account related issue resolution.
On Call Responsibilities
This position requires on-call responsibilities. During on call shifts, this role is either within waiting to be engaged or engaged state. Schedules are provided in varying formats to insure qualified personnel is available during our business requirements, for each area of responsibility. Required on call times may change throughout the year depending on business needs.
Job Requirements
May require the use of a personal cell phone (cell phone stipend applicable).
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years of experience in IAM or a related field.
Strong technical skills, including experience with identity and access management solutions.
Familiarity with best practices and compliance standards.
Strong project management skills.
Knowledge of dynamic and high-level languages such as PowerShell or Python.
Experience with SQL databases.
Experience in IT security or associated field
Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations
Certificates: A , Network , MCP (MCSA/MCSE) and other technological certifications are preferred.
