Stearns Nursing & Rehabilitation center, LLC is looking for Restorative Nursing Assistants.
DUTIES:
- Performs group restorative program exercises with residents daily and documents
participation. - Assists residents with individualized restorative programs
- Tracks resident participation in restorative programs.
- Encourages residents to work towards restorative program goals and reports progress to supervisor as needed.
- Notifies supervisor of resident decline or improvement.
- Assists residents with individualized dining program and documents consumption and participation.
- Performs essential functions of Certified Nursing Assistants as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current State Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
- Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in
writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required. - Previous work experience in a long term care setting preferred.
