Grandview School District/Sodexo Inc. is Hiring a General Maintenance Technician Near Grandview, MO

**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expeience in various maintenance tasks and possess strong teamwork skills.

**Duties:**

- Perform general building maintenance tasks including door repair, drywall, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical repairs, HVAC filter replacement

- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues

- Must be able to manage their time wisely and work independently

- Complete various work order assignments

- Conduct commercial painting projects

- Light carpentry skills

- Ensure all facilities maintenance is up to standard

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in English for effective communication

- Experience in commercial facility repairs

- Ability to work independently

- Knowledge of residential painting and wall repair techniques

- Prior experience in facilities maintenance

This position offers the opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic work environment. This position comes with your own repair truck, tools, tablet, phone and uniforms. If you have a passion for maintenance work and possess the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.36 - $23.00 per hour
