Seeking Dental Front Office in Grand Rapids, MI

Join our team in Grand Rapids, MI! We're seeking a dedicated Dental Front Office professional. While experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, what truly matters is your passion for dental care and your expertise in managing front office responsibilities.

Schedule : Ideally Full Time, but open to Part Time for right person

  • Monday-Wednesday : 8 : 30am - 5 : 15pm
  • Thursday : 8 : 30am - 2pm
  • Can be flexible if needed

Compensation :

  • Determined on experience
  • PTO, Paid Holiday
  • Dental
  • Paid CE, Paid Uniform
  • 401K (after certain amount of time)

Dental Front Office Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Checking in and checking outpatients
  • Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
  • Presenting treatment plans and making financial arrangements with patients
  • Submitting claims electronically to insurance companies for reimbursement
