Financial Controller: Ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of fund accounting in a nonprofit or governmental setting and have experience managing staff accountants, owning the month-end close process, preparing budgets, and issuing financial statements to Executives. Experience posting journal entries and cash receipts, reviewing payroll and bank reconciliations, and reporting financial grant activity is a plus. Candidate should have demonstrated the ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities while also being a self-motivated, detailed-oriented, flexible individual with a professional attitude of personal responsibility. Qualifications required include; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and 3 to 5 years’ of progressively responsible accounting work experience.

This is a Full time 40-hour position, with no overtime! Partial remote work is optional for the correct candidate. The starting salary is $77,000 - $80,000 with excellent benefit package that includes family medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as flexible spending accounts, 10% retirement contribution, and employer paid coverage for group term life, accidental death & dismemberment, short term disability, and long-term disability.
