SURESTAFF is Hiring a CNC Programmer Near Grand Prairie, TX
Must have Working knowledge of CNC Programming, Fixture Design, Manufacturing and Planning processes and procedures.
Available shifts:
1 shift
6:00am to 2:00am
Monday to Friday
Pay rate $22.00 to $24.00
Responsibilities of the CNC Machine Operator:
- Must have knowledge of shop production and machining operations.
- Must be able to read, analyze, comprehend, and interpret various Engineering Drawings, Models, Bills of Materials, Technical Specifications, Quality Documents, Customer Processes, and departmental procedures as necessary to perform assigned work.
- Must be skilled in the concept related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
- Provides process liaison support for manufacturing operations when MCAD models with 2D drawings exist as required.
- Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required to communicate and interact between shop floor and management as well.
- 4 years of CNC Programming in Mastercam Software
- Two (2) years college or four (4) years of experience in the Aerospace industry or completed.
- Experience with Vericut software is helpful, 5 Axis Programming is a plus
- Demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
