Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Sign on Bonus Available

You will assist with ADLs, meal preparation, other similar duties in accordance to each participants individualized plan of care in the comfort of their homes. What is PACE?

PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 163 PACE programs, serving more than 72,000 participants in 32 states.

The number of people aged 55 is increasing in Grand Junction, CO and the demand for eldercare professionals is on the rise.

What You Bring:

• Current Colorado CNA license
• A genuine spirit of caring and compassion
• Valid Colorado driver’s license, adequate automobile insurance and access to reliable transportation if working in the community setting
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively

• Competitive pay structure starting at $18.50-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and education. Differential pay for weekend shifts.
