D&H United Fueling Solutions, a leading innovator in the petroleum fueling and EV charging industry, is searching for an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our tight-nit team in Grand Junction, CO
About You:
  • You have a minimum of 2 years in an office or similar high-impact, customer-service driven role
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and possess excellent organizational skills
  • You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • You're a master of communication, both written and verbal, and can effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
In this role, you will:
  • Be the first point of contact, answering phone calls and dispatching technicians to service requests
  • Create service and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Oversee all parts management, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and maintaining warehouse organization
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment for the office and warehouse
  • Manage office supplies and schedule fleet vehicle maintenance
  • Assist the Branch Manager with various administrative tasks
