Job Summary

As a Marketing Liaison, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration between the marketing department and marketing programs and systems within our organization. Your primary responsibility is to ensure seamless coordination between various teams, departments, and external partners to drive effective marketing campaigns and strategies. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to bridge the gap between creative ideas and execution.

Responsibilities and Duties

1.) Coordination

a. Act as a liaison between the marketing team and external marketing systems, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.

b. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, feedback, and requirements for marketing projects.

2.) Campaign Management

a. Work closely with marketing managers to understand objectives and requirements of marketing systems (Breakthrough and Practice Promotions)

b. Monitor campaign timelines and leads to ensure successful execution.

3.) Brand Consistency

a. Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

b. Collaborate with the brand team to maintain a cohesive brand identity in all marketing efforts.

4.) Analysis

a. Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team based on market analysis and feedback from stakeholders.

5.) Reporting and metrics

a. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

b. Prepare monthly reports for management, ROI, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and project coordination.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Proficient in using relevant marketing tools and software

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $29,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 18 – 22 per week
