Position: Project Manager/Estimator
Location: Farmington Hills, MI
ResponsibilitiesWhy Join Us? This is an outstanding opportunity for seasoned professionals with 5-10 years of experience in managing large-scale commercial & residential drywall projects.Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee large commercial drywall projects from initiation to completion
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive project estimates
- Coordinate project schedules and maintain clear communication with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines and budgetary constraints
- Proficiency in Edge, Foundation, and Hubspot software
- Strong project management acumen
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 5-10 years of proven experience in large commercial drywall projects
- Proficiency in Edge, Foundation, and Hubspot software
- Robust project management capabilities and adept problem-solving skills
