Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean work area and bar by cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing techniques
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members efficiently
