Our ideal candidate is a CNA, or a person with caregiving experience with the Elderly. Honest, self-starter, ambitious, and reliable. No felony convictions, must have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

Home Care Personal Care Attendants provide service to individuals in their own homes, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of aging, sickness or disability.

Personal Care Attendants are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner.

Must be able to assist with Activities of daily living, personal Care, Transferring and more.

Must be able to work any hours as needed day or night and weekends.

Current Driver's License and Insurance.

Clean Background

Drug Free

Must be able to follow a verbal or written care plan!

Observe clients and their environments and reports behavior, physical and / or cognitive changes to supervisor.

Communicate with and maintain harmonious relations with clients/families/Supervisor and co-Workers

Complete and maintain records of daily activities, observations and direct hours of service.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client and personal care services, including needs determinants, meeting quality standards and evaluation of client satisfaction.

Perform other duties as required.
