Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical duties, North Carolina title work, and possess strong organizational skills; the ability to learn new software and new skills in a timely manner is a must. Experience in an auto dealership is a plus; experience with Quickbooks Online is a plus. Must have a clean background and be able to obtain a NC notary license.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Complete NC title work with accuracy and efficiency
- Interact with customers in person, on the phone, and via email
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
Experience:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Knowledge of Google Suite for document management and communication
- Ability to type accurately and proficiently
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Experience in an auto dealership or any previous title work experience a plus
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
This position allows you to work in a small office environment where you will be expected to self manage time and tasks. You will be assisting two growing companies and must be able to work alone or with a group. Commissions and bonuses based on performance. The office must be open on a daily basis Monday- Friday so dependability is an absolute necessity.
