Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities, ensuring efficient operation and effective management of resources.    • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile inventory records with physical stock to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.

3. Operational Efficiency:

   • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize workflow and minimize operational costs.
   • Monitor and evaluate warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
   • Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and inventory to identify potential hazards or defects and take appropriate corrective measures.

5. Customer Service:

   • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to fulfill customer orders accurately and timely.
   • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding inventory availability, order status, and delivery schedules in a professional and timely manner.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, warehouse activities, and employee performance.
