We are looking for an EHS Coordinator with a strong passion for safety to join a growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with EHS programs including:
- ISO 14001
- OHSAS 18001/45001
- All government agencies and related regulations
- Complete (or overseeing completion) of required regulatory reports to WIDNR
- Guide and promote safe work performance by developing proactive EHS systems, policies, and procedures
- Generate EHS performance metrics to measure performance progress and to evaluate EHS programs effectiveness
- Conduct or arrange to have conducted training for all employees
- Report, monitor, and assist in correcting environmental, health and safety problems/issues

Qualifications:
- 3 years of related work experience in a manufacturing industry
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate root causes and implement solutions

- Knowledgeable of ISO 14001 / 45001 requirements and standards
