Excel Management LTD is a full service construction and maintenance company.

We are currently looking for landscape maintenance technician who is a team player and brings in a positive attitude into the work environment. Job tasks will include spring and fall clean ups, weekly mowing, and snow sidewalk crew in the winter time.

Skill Requirements:

· Minimum 2 Years experience in the landscape maintenance industry

· Performing all aspects of landscape maintenance

· Operate all landscape equipment including but not limited to string trimmers, mowers, blowers, edgers, sprayer

Responsibilities:

· Arrive to work on time each day

· Work diligently and efficiently

· Report issues to management in a timely fashion

· Meet deadlines that are given for each job

Physical Attributes:

· Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day during peak season

· Work may be in extreme temperatures

· You will be on your feet all day long

· Lifting up to 75lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Landscape maintenance: 3 years (Required)
