With a focus on maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring system efficiency, your role will be crucial in supporting our mission to deliver seamless technology solutions.
What You Will Contribute:
- Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Some experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
- Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
- Ability to communicate tech solutions to non-technical users.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Provide technical support across the company.
- Set up accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
