Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Leasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and leasing, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of the leasing process from initial contact to lease signing
- Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and trends to effectively market available units
- Conduct property tours with prospective tenants and highlight key features
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with potential tenants
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements
Experience:
- Proven experience in property management, leasing, or related field
- Strong understanding of legal administrative procedures related to leasing and property management
- Proficiency in negotiating lease terms and agreements
- Knowledge of office operations within a real estate setting
- Experience in overseeing property maintenance and facilities management
