**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel General Manager to oversee daily operations at our prestigious hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff effectively, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and efficient operations.

Accomodation will be provided to the successful candidate.

**Duties:**

- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services

- Implement and maintain high standards of service to meet guest expectations

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability

- Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive financial performance

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding service

- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and local community

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in hospitality management or related field

- Strong understanding of revenue management and budgeting

- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette

- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations

- Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is preferred
