Here’s what we need:
- Expert knowledge and experience in HVAC and refrigeration.
- Knowledge in or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, and/or general building.
- Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing electrical components including lamps, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items.
- Completes preventive maintenance requirements.
- Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough clean-up of the painting or repair area.
- Handy man skills.
- A "can do" attitude.
- A willingness to learn and be part of a winning team.
- Available to rotate holidays, weekends, and Sundays.
- Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
- Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
- Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
- Upholds the company’s commitment to providing great and memorable hospitality.
Experience:
- Facility Maintenance: 4 years (Preferred)
