Location-Specific Requirements: * On arrival proceed to security and photo ID

Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule, confirm patient appointments, check-ups, and physician referrals
- Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Greet visitors, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff
- Compile record medical charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Some experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
- Check patients in and out
- Collect co-pays
- A problem-solving mentality for prioritizing tasks and addressing patient issues that may arise
- Excellent customer service skills (receptionist experience highly preferred)
Required Skills: CPR or BlS highly preferred with MH approval can start pending
