Job Title: Community Coordinator

Compensation Range:$19 per hour

Position Summary

Help the Community operations run smoothly by tracking and following up on resident issues/ inquiries, coordinating community and social events, and assisting in general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative tasks using QuickBooks and Excel
• Assist the Front Desk team with telephone coverage when needed
• Follow up on voicemails regarding complaints or issues within 24 hours
• Coordinates key fob set up and amenity access for new residents
• Enter all architectural requests on behalf of residents
• Conduct routine compliance inspections
• Provide top-tier customer service to our residents and guests
• Create and distribute community event flyers and tickets
• Create informational signs for important community events or reminders as needed

Education and Experience

• 3 years of administrative office experience required
• Excellent technology and Microsoft Office Suite skills required
• Prior experience in Property Management or HOA management is a plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must be able to safely lift 25 pounds
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Property walks may occur which includes lengthy walks on uneven surfaces

Work Hours: Typical work hours are Monday – Friday from 8a – 4p
