Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Assist with organizing meetings and events
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
• Knowledge of office procedures and basic clerical tasks
• Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Computer literacy, including proficiency computer programs commonly used in medical practice setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and compliance protocols
• Interest in integrative and holistic medicine

Note : Experience as a medical receptionist is required.
